These Terms of Use apply to Go Coach, a mobile app for learning Go through lessons, puzzles, AI practice, and game review.

By using Go Coach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Go Coach is provided for personal learning and practice. You may use the app to study Go, solve puzzles, play practice games, and review your progress.

Accounts and Local Progress

Version 1.0 supports guest mode and does not require an account. Progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may remove locally stored progress.

AI-Assisted Features

Go Coach may provide hints, explanations, and review content. These features are educational and may not always identify the best move or perfect strategy.

No Competitive or Professional Advice

Go Coach is a learning tool. It does not provide professional coaching, tournament certification, ranking guarantees, or official game adjudication.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app.
Do not attempt to access systems or data that are not intended for you.
Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.

Availability

We may update, change, or discontinue features. Some features, such as notifications or analytics, may depend on device settings or network availability.

No Warranty

Go Coach is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as the app changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
